Excellent customer service. We were passing through on our way to a wedding and had a large family order. A couple of things were missing on our order so we let them know. What Jennifer Huckeby doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I ordered a BBQ Pork Cheeseburger at the Sonic on Beebe Capps n got all the way home to have just a BBQ sandwich. There was no cheese burger on it at all. Then last night I tried the Sonic in Bald Knob to order the BBQ Pork Cheeseburger. Then this time I got a cheeseburger with no pork on it.
