Louisiana Crab Shack - Balch Springs

What User likes about Louisiana Crab Shack:
The food was fantastic! This was our second visit to the restaurant. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The server only provided a bib and a few pieces of cutlery, even though we had ordered for two people. When we requested additional items, he was short and curt with us. What Jay C doesn't like about Louisiana Crab Shack:
Service is not great. They sit you down and basically walk off which leaves you confused on if you are suppose to order at the counter or not. I ordered the food and it was not good or seasoned. The business was clean. They did not have any customers in the restaurant which should have been a clue for me not to dine. I do NOT recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
