I am not a Chicago style pizza expert, I just like pizza, a lot. Very good pizza! Good sauce, great toppings, very good cheese. The taste is spot on for a nice gourmet pizza. A deep dish weighs about what 3 normal pizzas weigh. I have yet to make it past 2 pieces in a single meal. The delivery guys have been great, they are courteous when you call the store.
