I had a delightful lunch last week. The service was excellent, and I enjoyed every aspect of my meal. It was a dine-in experience, and I spent between $10 and $20 per person. Placed an order for Christmas day pick-up nearly 32 hours in advance. They were happy to take my card details over the phone and have me pre-pay for the order. Christmas day arrives and I show up at the agreed-upon time for them to tell me we lost your order and haven 't even started making it yet .
