I am hesitant to write a review for this place, because I want to make sure there are rooms when we visit next! We had such a nice stay in Maxwelton Braes. It is a slower pace golf resort (which means the bar and surroundings were beautiful. I'm not sure how old the building is, but it was wonderfully cultivated, and the dark wood and old fortifications around the building made it feel both cozy and elegant. Our favo...
