What S T dislikes about Kfc:
(It's not clear in the location but I'm talking about KFC upper session not KFC SM Baguio. I wish they would just shut this place down. The staff are running the place. Just doing what they want. I love KFC that's why I still sometimes go to the place, until I experience bad service I remember its been the same for almost every time I've been there. Even my friends had bad experiences. I'm glad there's a new branch below session road.
I visited this restaurant to try their new crispy fried chicken, but I was a bit disappointed. While it was crispy, it was also a bit too tough to bite into. Next time, I think I'll stick with the original recipe. The place has been renovated and looks much nicer than before—classy and modern, with a design I really like. I’d still love to eat here again, just not the crispy chicken next time. Hehe.
I ordered the 2-piece fully loaded box along with chicken nuggets and spaghetti, but I didn't receive the nuggets. Also, I'm confused about the delivery fee—why do they charge it when other fast food chains don’t?
At times, the restaurant can get overly crowded, making it difficult for the space to accommodate all its guests. Although it is quite small, the atmosphere is very pleasant.
Fell off hard. KFC is usually always great in most countries I’ve been to, even in Myanmar but Philippines hit an all time low. Zinger buns were not soft at all. It was hard as brick. Fries were soggy, not made with care at all. This happened during a dine in as well. Very disappointing, especially being the chain at SM Baguio. Hurts KFC reputation. Please look into this matter and do better. We love KFC and would love to see it improve.
Rude staff. 1hr waiting for food. Not accomodating staff . I will never come back to this branch. Un educated staff Especially the fat girl in the counter.
