I stopped by CaveMan's BAR-B-QUE today to try their brisket. As someone from the U.S., it's always a treat to see American-style BBQ done with a French twist. The restaurant is conveniently located right across from the Kopster Hotel. While the price was on the higher side—about €85 for two brisket plates and a Caesar salad. it’s understandable given it’s Paris, and the setting is nice. Overall, the food was delicious, and I had a great chat with the owner. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving some quality BBQ in the city.
