Visited the hotel today had a bad experience. When received bill, it was found out that it was wrongly charged for the item that wasn’t served. When brought into there notice they reduced it under discount but the staff at the counter didn’t accepted there mistake started justifying them. They should have checked the bill before giving to the customers. also they don’t bother to apologise for there mistake. So morale... View all feedback.
