I went to this local bagel shop today for the first time. What drew me in was that on the Happycow website I was informed there are vegan cream cheeses available. I made sure to call beforehand to see which options they had for the day which the owner advised me is the best thing to do. There?s a reason why this place only has 3.8 stars. The customer service here is very poor. They don?t complete customer?s orders correctly even when you REPEAT yourself more than once.
