A farm shop with high prices and mixed quality produce garnered negative reviews, while the restaurant received criticism for the slow service and cold food. Despite the setbacks, many appreciated the beautiful setting, delicious food, and friendly staff. Visitors enjoyed interactions with animals, outdoor dining, and tasty meals. Overall, the farm and restaurant seemed to have potential, but improvements in quality control and customer service were needed. The scenic location, variety of fresh produce, and warm atmosphere were highlighted as positive aspects. Recommended for a pleasant visit, but with some caution regarding service and food quality.
What Sam Keshvari likes about Hall Farm Cafe:
First time visit, easy to find, easy to park and beautiful setting though close to the A12. Group of six met for breakfast and it was lovely. I had the small English Breakfast which was excellent, and included home made beans. Fabulous farm shop with good variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, and gifts for Christmas. View all feedback.
What Jech99 doesn't like about Hall Farm Cafe:
Stopped here on adhoc basis staff were super friendly and a table was available after a 5 min wait. Had sandwiches and scones and it was delicious. Clean, open environment. Staff were happy to help. Going back again tomorrow. View all feedback.
