Dunkin' has become a mixed bag for its patrons, once celebrated for speedy service and friendly staff. Many customers have expressed disappointment with slow order fulfillment, often waiting over 20 minutes for simple items like coffee and bagel bites. Complaints about rude customer service are rising, with some encounters marked by mishandled orders and unhelpful staff. Despite these challenges, there are still positive notes; loyal visitors appreciate the consistently good coffee and the hard work of some newer employees. However, the inconsistent quality of food, particularly stale bagels, leaves many reconsidering their commitment to this location.
I go here often because its on my way to work. I've ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese on 3 different occasions expecting and hoping the bagels would be fresh but ALWAYS stale. Ive also ordered the bagel bites and its the same freezer burn smh. The coffee is good and pretty consistent but I wouldn't order anything else..
This used to be my favorite Dunkin to visit, always friendly, always fast. This is no longer the case. I understand they are most likely short staffed like many places are these days. But the orders are taking way too long (20 minutes for a coffee and bagel bites) and the staff is rude to the customers. I will not be going back to this location again.
This is literally the worst dunkin in the State of New Jersey. I don’t know who manages this one but they never have anything, even the new menu items they never have when I go in and want to try. My order is consistently wrong. Today they filled my coffee up with almost all milk and no coffee (probably because they were too lazy to make more) . My coffee literally looked white! I’m done going here. They’ve ruined my morning for the last time.
