The staff at this restaurant is friendly, but the latte I received was one of the worst I have ever had. It was watered down to the consistency of drip coffee. When I asked them to remake it, it was still terrible because they poured the espresso over ice first. The proper method is to pour milk, then espresso, and ice last to avoid watered down drinks.
