I called our order in around 1:30pm and was told it would take 10 minutes to make my sandwiches. When I arrived in the store, the sandwiches were not made but I the manager was heating up the roast beef for one of my sandwiches while he was griping about one of his employees not showing up to work (completely unprofessional).
