I came here because the italian beef in the photos looked good and my most recent run-in with Portillo's was very disappointing. This beef was VERY good. The meat was tender, bread was soft and soaked but NOT falling apart (this is important) , and the giardi was hot! The fries were way better than they look, too: crispy outside but soft inside.
