The drive-thru crew here was unbelievably awesome! Rather than wait until we got to the window to ask if I would like to replace my drink with something else as they were out of what I wanted, they personally walked out to my car while I was in the line to ask about it, and my husband forgot to ask for no cheese (lactose intolerant) on his sandwich so he asked if he could alter it last second and they didn't even bat... We will not patron Einstein’s until they open up their dining room for dine in. Should remove “dine in” from description. I know it’s coming from corporate but everyone else has been open for a long time. It’s ridiculous. Will go somewhere that wants our business. View all feedback.
