The brats I got were very dry and rubbery. That 's simply not how they should be, so I definitely won 't be going back. The flavor wasn 't any better than what you might find at a festival or carnival. It 's as if someone took a really bad food cart and turned it into a brick and mortar store, then added some sides to their offerings. The condiments were good.
