I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, they weren't fulfilled. The wings themselves were excellent, but I wasn't provided with any napkins or ranch dressing. The wait time was excessive, and the customer service was disappointing. I likely won't return, especially since I can find better service at other similar establishments.
I ordered ten boneless wings with fries and a drink. The price was reasonable for the portion size, and I got it for takeout. The restaurant remains as clean as it was when it first opened, but the person at the cash register was a bit rude. The food quality was satisfactory, although I prefer the dry rubs over the sauced wings. Since everything is made to order, the quality is good for what you’re paying, and you can always expect it to be fresh. It might take a little longer, but it's definitely worth the wait.
I highly recommend finding another Wingstop! My recent experience was terrible. I placed an order at this location, and my food arrived an hour late because the DoorDasher took my wings. When I finally got my new order, the wings were lukewarm, and either the sauce tasted stale or it was completely wrong. It was really disappointing.
The wait time was absolutely unacceptable. In fact, several customers who arrived after me were able to place their orders—none of which were for takeout—and leave before I even received my food! I simply ordered a 10-piece wing and fries, yet around ten people who came in later were served faster. Once I finally began eating, my stomach didn’t feel right after the meal. To top it off, I didn’t even receive an apology for the long wait. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and I definitely won’t be returning to Wingstop. It simply wasn’t worth the $20 I spent.
I placed a order for 24 dollars and they gave me uncooked wings.I called and they said no refund I will never ever go back ever again
