Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. If you can't solve situations with a certain level of professionalism, it's not a sign of hospitality and you'll lose your customers step by step (see also the other negative reviews). View all feedback.
Unfortunately a very disappointing experience at Studio Napoli yesterday, Friday, February 21st, 2025. We made reservations in advance and traveled an hour extra to spend a lovely evening there albeit with our dog. There was no indication during the reservation process, on the website, on Google, or at the door that dogs were not allowed. The waitress saw our dog as we entered and said nothing. Only when the boss came by did he curtly inform us that dogs were not allowed and then disappeared again without any further explanation. Since we didn't know whether this was an invitation to leave, we asked. We also explained to him that we had come specifically and that it would be helpful to communicate this rule somewhere after all, we could have been spared the journey and the disappointment. His answer was rude and disrespectful: he didn't have to write it down anywhere. The discussion ended with him telling us that we didn't need to come back which was over for us anyway. It's really a shame that guests are treated like this here. A friendly hint would have been enough, but instead we were rejected as if we were a burden. Respectful treatment should be a given in the catering industry unfortunately not the case here. But as we all know, pride comes before a fall.

Great pizza napoletana. Very good service and great atmosphere. Definitely recommended if you like Pizza. Drinks are also good.
Terrible Service and Rude Staff I visited with three friends, and it was one of the worst and most embarrassing restaurant experiences I’ve had in Augsburg, and ever…Only two of us wanted to order food, while everyone ordered drinks. The bartender rudely demanded that everyone order pizza and, when we explained not everyone was hungry, he told us to leave! We had already our drinks at the table half empty and waiting for the pizza to come, but they demanded that we should leave. The waitress wasn’t any friendlier either. Unwelcoming and disrespectful staff—save your money and go elsewhere. It’s shame that the interior and the paintings inside were super nice
