A busy and popular restaurant, we booked weeks ahead for 7.30pm. No tables were available, although the couple who arrived 5 mins after us were escorted to a table at 7.45 and we were ignored until challenged. The waitress seemed surprised when we expressed our disappointment and said that we should only wait another 10 mins. The place was crowded and clearly understaffed. We left without waiting.
