Wasn't with Scalini for many years, we were happy to see that they were still in the same place and obviously did well. Our waiter was amazing, keep us well watered and informed when we could expect our meals, ask how they were and usually go up to 15 tables with an air of pride and so professionalism, we do not have as much service as these in every Auckland restaurant for many years. Walked in here expecting the food would be okay since it's next to the beach, must be a touristic place, etc. We ordered a parma ham pizza and a cannelloni. The pizza dough is not homemade, it's bland and undercooked. The parma slices were too thick that it became too salty.
