While many cherish the delightful Mythical Mocha and appreciate the shop’s 24/7 hours, experiences of long waits and overlooked orders have emerged. Get a mythical mocha blended extra scoop of powder all the drizzle (caramel chocolate) whip cream on bottom you won't be able to put down. My own creation!!!
We always like to get their Mythical Mudslide and its always good, especially on those hot summer days! The staff is always friendly. But they need to order more pastries to last longer since they always sell out within hours of delivery. I never get try any of them.
Always keep the drinks right at this point. Came for a few drinks 9/15/22 about 11pm girl had a setting all the time. Very disappointed, all of them polite here.
I typically don’t visit this location, but I found it to be very busy with four cars lined up on each side. After waiting about ten minutes, I finally reached the front and noticed there were five or six baristas working. I’m not sure why the line was moving so slowly. When it was my turn, the barista asked for my order. I requested a hot 20oz nonfat peppermint latte, but she seemed distracted and mistakenly repeated back an iced 16oz mocha. I corrected her, saying no, and repeated my order. She simply said "okay" and went on to bring me an iced drink. I clarified again that I wanted it hot, but she didn’t apologize or acknowledge my mistake; she just had someone else make the drink. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it still didn’t taste right. It seems like the baristas are more focused on appearance than on making quality coffee. This used to be my favorite spot, but I won't be returning anytime soon.
