Very nice restaurant in a beautiful square in the historic center of Viterbo. I ate outdoors at one of the outside tables among the lime trees in the square. Well prepared dishes with quality ingredients. The Canepina hay deserves particular mention, a very fine tagliolini of egg pasta that goes very well with the sauces proposed by the chef. Not recommended... small crowded environment... appetizers with naturally frozen fish... and they even forgot a small piece of plastic... we raised the problem with the waitress who took an interest saying that she had detected it in the kitchen... how did it end?
