Was Erik Kovacek at Hardee's a mag?
My companion and I stopped by and ordered the Angus combo and the chicken combo. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff at the drive-thru were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return! View all feedback.
What C Almond dislikes about Hardee's:
The bathroom was in poor condition. It hadn't been cleaned in a while, there was trash on the floor, and the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall while the roll of toilet paper was placed on the handrail. I decided not to eat there. View all feedback.
It's just another fast food spot, but I must say the Hardee's was quite clean. The Omelette Biscuit was delicious! The staff were friendly, too.

I didn't receive all my food, and when I asked for a receipt, they said it was in the bag. However, after driving ten miles down the road, I found there was no receipt. The woman at the drive-thru had an issue with customers and was quite rude; she clearly lacks basic business etiquette. The restaurant itself was dirty and could benefit from a health department inspection. There was no acknowledgment or appreciation for my business at all. The staff could use training in customer service and people skills.
We were traveling from Texas to South Carolina and got excited to see Hardee's since there isn't one in Texas. We placed three different orders, but the experience was disappointing. The customer service was terrible, and the restrooms were dirty, with only one stall having toilet paper. The staff seemed to have bad attitudes. Out of our two orders, the biscuit was hard, and there was something tough in the other sandwich. When we tried to place our third order, no one wanted to take it. The cook mentioned that he had just made two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits and wouldn't be making any more. The employees all seemed reluctant to prepare more biscuits. Frustrated, I asked for a refund and decided to go next door to Sonic instead. If the staff doesn't want to work, they should find someone who does. It's no surprise that many locations are closing if this is the kind of service your company offers.
