What User likes about Panera Bread:
My delicious meal was bested by a once-in-a-lifetime customer experience led by Steve. What would have otherwise been a mundane wait turned into a delightful conversation and gifting by a star employee who truly cares about who walks through the door. I'm giving this place a few stars because the staff were very friendly. However, it really needs a serious cleaning and sanitation overhaul. I visited not too long ago and chose to eat upstairs. The stairs were so sticky that my flip-flop actually got stuck to them!
