The smell as you walk in the best. The folks working the counter are super friendly and helpful. Also very patient as you decide on the last 2 donuts for your build a dozen. My only wish is for a store just like it on the east side. But the trip does make the donuts just that much more special. View all feedback.

The customer service was abysmal. Today, on 4/21, we visited for the buy 1 dozen, get the 2nd dozen for $2 deal. Shockingly, we were told it's only for rewards members. Instead of guiding us on how to access it through the app, they simply said we couldn't get it. Such indifferent employees will destroy businesses like this. View all feedback.
