**Restaurant Review: Parc - A Mixed Experience in Aspen** Parc has quickly become a notable spot in Aspen’s dining scene, offering a charming atmosphere and an appealing menu. Diners have raved about standout dishes like the beet salad, addictive fries, and rich desserts, highlighting the quality of the food as exceptional. While many have praised the attentive service and inviting decor, experiences vary widely. Some patrons encountered rude staff and long waits, causing dissatisfaction during their visits. Despite the mixed reviews on customer service, the overall dining experience presents potential, leaving an impression that Parc might only enhance its reputation with time.
The interior was charming, and the pasta of the day was delightful, along with the stuffed coq au vin and the decadent death by chocolate dessert. As two couples dining together, it was refreshing to actually hear one another speak—quite uncommon in Aspen!
Parc is a fantastic new addition to the dining scene in Aspen. The food is the best you'll find in town, and the decor and ambiance are simply perfect. It has a wonderful energy without being overwhelming. I have a feeling that reservations will become very hard to come by once word spreads, so I recommend going now!
I had an outstanding experience that deserves a perfect 10/10! I'm already counting down the days until I can return. The service was fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious—definitely worth it! Be sure to try the salmon and don't miss out on the bread basket!
The food was good, yes. But the overall experience was pretty lackluster. I understand that it is busy during the holidays nye, but there was no excuse for how rude our server was the entire time we were there. we waited over 20 mins for our table, even though PARC was adamant we be charged $50-$120 per person for cancellations or no shows. Practice what you preach and take some money off my final bill for having me stand there like a fool. Took forever to get a drink ordered after we got seated. Our waiter literally left after order two people's drinks and didnt come back for 5 mins. So 4 of us are just sitting there wondering what happened. Our waiter put in incorrect orders then blamed me for the mistake. I am allergic to some of the ingredients of the chicken, I ordered pasta. The chicken gets put in front of me and it somehow was my fault? Pretty bad.
Great dining experience! The food, servers and sommelier were outstanding. Will be back!
