last night we had a wonderful meal in the parc. the beet salad was delicious as the entreen (height special and bass). we also enjoyed the apple crostada for dessert. service was very attentive, but not intrusive. the decor is very appealing, very chic with a warm, cozy feeling. we'll be back. I love to support local business and as a second homeowner in Aspen I have been to Parc before and was pleased. This time the overwhelmingly bad service shocked us the most! We sat for 15 min before anyone brought us water and took drink orders while numerous wait staff ignored us and busied themselves around us to set up tables that had just vacated. Amazing eating, great selection of wine and excellent cocktails. the decor is beautiful and soothing. all employees are wonderful above the top!

The fries are a must have! Every entree was delicious. The service was good the Sommelier made an excellent and comparable substitution when the wine we chose was out of stock.
Best food we had in Aspen. Portion sizes are just right to generous. Extensive wine list. Would happily return.
