Feedback
Element 47 at Little Nell in Aspen offers a mix of experiences. While some diners found the food and service outstanding, others were disappointed with the limited menu, high prices, and inedible dishes. The wine list was praised, but some cocktails were weak. The ambiance was described as modern and contemporary, with a formal atmosphere. Special occasions were noted to be well-suited for this restaurant. Overall, the dining experience varied, with highlights including exceptional service and quality food. While some had reservations due to pricing and menu limitations, others thoroughly enjoyed their time at Element 47.
Was very unimpressed with this signature restaurant at Little Nell in Aspen. More casual than I would have expected for Aspen casual; VERY Overpriced wines: French Bordeaux off and still over ! Poor US Napa selections . Food unimpressive : they need a new chef; obviously a tourist trap
Everything is always amazing, but the pasta on the Indulgence Menu might be the best pasta dish I've ever had
Phenomenal experience as always! Extraordinary food, Exceptional wine list, Memorable service. Thank you
The salmon was undercooked, the fries were frozen in the middle, and the steak was not cooked to the right temperature. The service was good, but the food did not match the atmosphere of the restaurant. It makes me wonder if the fact that they were closing for the season the next day affected the quality of the food. Regardless, I will not be returning.
Glad we were able to find a last minute reservation. Don't count on it happening again, but it's spring. Everything was really great. The wine list is pretty steep. Service and food were top notch.
