Update, 11-25-21, back up to 4 stars. Consistency seems to be the issue here and the last couple times they have a great staff, clean nice seating and an excellent Mexican mocha. I hope it stays this good. Update, 6-12-21, went from 4 starts to 2. Bad customer service, coffee tasting sour. Sad but luckily there are many other options in town. Another coffee shop in Ashland? I always order the charcoal mocha which is great but the last three times I ordered it, the Barista at the Ashland location didn't know how to make it and I always end up with a regular mocha that is way too strong! Please train him on how to make a charcoal mocha. View all feedback.
