This is a great little cafe I went there today for the first time and had a absolutely amazing fried breakfast with my mum the portion was very good and it only cost each for the breakfast and a cup of tea, it's a great cafe the staff are very friendly and welcoming I would recommend this place and I will be back again soon View all feedback.

Great service, value for money on drinks is good. Standard cocktail is £11 which is normal. The mocktails are better than London pricing and are very reasonable. Service is lovely and you feel very waited on but not too much. Also not asked how is the food which is good. It’s the worst normally in restaurants when they ask you a question mid mouthful…. I am a local, but the George Hotel is truly an exceptional place to not only dine, but to spend the entire evening. This is especially true if you are dining alone. The staff are professional yet extremely friendly. The chef adds interesting twists to the menu without being too avant-garde. The front of house teams are accommodating and the slightly open plan kitchen allows you to see the entire process. For me, Chris Gomez, this is one of my favorite places to eat, even compared to places in London. Thank you to all the teams, both front and back of house. Great job. Regards, Chris F.
Lovely building and decor. Gorgeous Garden. They have rooms to stay as well. Lots of different rooms to eat and drink in. Large dining area with open kitchens. Service brilliant. Good menu. Food was beautifully presented and tasted great. Wish we had found it on our first night because we could have stayed there for the whole day easily.
We thought that the menu was very disappointing very limited especially the desserts, also a tad overpriced. I wouldn’t rush back.
