Kasse has a horrible customer service experience. They appeared to have difficulty taking orders. We visited on December 9, 2022, and noticed other customers looking frustrated and not engaging with the staff. When some customers asked if they could dine in, they were told they could only take their food to go, even though it was not yet 9 pm (they arrived at 8:30 pm).
