I think the food I had there was the worst I've had in 30 years. The location of the hotel is fabulous. The interior reminds me of an orphanage or an insane asylum. Metal beds, no mirrors, hardly any toiletries no TV. "Spartan" is too generous. Some would call it bauhaus... The people running the hotel were pleasant enough. However everything was very clean.
