Visited yesterday with my grandson and great grandson! I had a cappuccino and my grandson had a delicious bagel with a generous filling and a drink. My great grandson had a cream cheese bagel and a drink in a carton with a straw. We were made very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Perhaps the woman behind the counter should remember that if you treat customers politely they will, in all probability, return. As I sat there with my partner listening to her abrasive manner with two ladies and abruptness with others, I thought that perhaps she should stick to making the bagels and let someone else deal with the public!
