Had a reservation for the night, when the reception is announced to be open 24/7. Waited 45 minutes outside while attempting to call the number and hearing the phone constantly ringing inside. No one picked up and there was sign that someone was working. Meaning that now I need to find a room for the night. Thanks a lot for the big deception.
