As we were walking around, tummies rumbling, and almost lunchtime, we walked by a sign outside the Mandarin. $10 for lunch? Sounded like our type of budget. Considering it was a weekday lunchtime, I was impressed by the number of people already there. There were certainly plenty of choices, not many vegetarian but it seemed no trouble to modify.
