Help yourself, and don’t hesitate to go back for seconds or even thirds! The food here is delicious and served hot. It's a fantastic spot for an authentic Eastern Mediterranean meal. What some guy doesn't like about Potato Corner:
1. The food was average, not particularly remarkable. 2. The gentleman was pleasant, but we ended up clearing our own tables. 3. What surprised me was when I paid in cash—something I usually do for small local businesses to avoid credit card fees. He rang up the food, added tax, and then asked for the customary tip. After I paid and was about to leave, he cleared the transaction without completing it. Having run my own businesses, I understand the implications of that between him and the IRS. However, I don’t think it's right to ask for a tip on top of the tax, especially when the only service provided was at the register.
