For many years, customers of the Soya Bean Restaurant in Arklow have both eat and take away. This is the first negative review I had to post! Yesterday was very disappointing, ordered fillet beef with vegetables in the oyster sauce fr, vegetables were mainly carrots onions (Keiffiller) with about 4 pieces very thin beef and a watery sauce without special taste.
