After not writing a TripAdvisor review in years, I felt compelled to share my experience. During a festival in Dunoon at the end of May, I ordered a couple of single fish dishes for myself and my partner. The fish was absolutely delicious - the batter was perfectly golden and crunchy, and the flavor reminded me of classic chip shop fish. What duno96 dislikes about Anselmo's:
I usually rave about Anselmo's however, on this visit we were disappointed. We both had fish supers. We both believe the fish was double fried and greasy on this location i.e. not freshly prepared. The meals provided this time were of a poor standard. View all feedback.
