In the bistro, despite there being only four men present, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The older man, whom I assumed was the manager, was quite rude, and the staff behind the counter appeared intimidated, behaving as though they had never served a customer before. If you prefer hospitable places, I recommend avoiding this hotel. I certainly won’t be returning. View all feedback.
