As a regular guest of the Hotel, I am a bit disappointed. Over the many years, of my stay in the Rooland I noticed that the quality has fallen dramatically. The rooms are old, and dusty with no AC, no refrigerator, or at least a hot water heater for tea or coffee. The hotel would do with a renovation if you want to stay a 4 star, that you state you are.
