Traditional restaurant located in arbois. Excellent home-made cuisine paying tribute to local products and gastronomy. Great choice of Jura wine obviously, with good advice from the waiters. Had Menu Terroir. Good starter with foie gras, main was something reheated and tasted old but had a nice sauce, cheese course was ok, but with very young Comte of supermarket quality.
