Piatti che apparentemente sono di grande effetto, e la combinazione della tipicità con un tocco di originalità le da un certo charm. Gli affettati e molti secondi sono buoni ed originali ma la materia prima di molti piatti e spesso congelata, e il servizio e spesso lento.
