This is by far one of the friendliest Jack’s I have seen in some time! I have worked at Jack’s so that’s saying something. The whole team went above and beyond and I’m a needed person. Lol. Unfortunately the 3rd time getting the order messed up and charged for food we didn't get as well. I know staffing shortage is tough, but a drive through with one car ahead of us shouldn't be. Paid for dinner my husband wouldn't eat because he didn't getthe right order
We have breakfast there every Tuesday at 7:30. We love the food but it is taking longer and longer to get it. We have seen several people walk out. An employee there tells us it is a management problem. Employees get very upset with each other andhave words.
