What Carl O'Neil doesn't like about Starbucks:
I have never used a grocery store Starbucks before and today they lived down to all my expectations. Ran out of iced coffee so I was given one ice coffee that was almost all 1/2&1/2, the other was a cold brew but they ran out of nitro and oat milk but still sold it to us like noting was wrong. Didn't feel like fighting about it but maybe I should have. (I think we've let the service industry get away with way too muc... View all feedback.
I understand that everyone loves Starbucks, but to me, it's quite strong and really expensive.
