I ordered food for delivery, but it took nearly an hour to arrive, and I live just three blocks away. The food was cold and still undercooked. When I called the restaurant, a girl answered who kept repeating the same three words and was no help at all. I will never order from here again. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery from a restaurant. View all feedback.
Ordered a pizza online for pick. When I showed up they brought me my bread nuggets. I asked where my pizza was and the manager went to check on it. 25 minutes later and still no pizza. I finally asked her if they forgot about it and than my bread was now cold. She then copied an attitude and went back to check on my pizza again. She came back another 5 minutes later and shoved the pizza at me and said…”hers what you wanted” and walked away before I could respond. Worst service in years. Lost a customer and won’t go back!

Small snafu with delivery not showing up at all so I called the store to find out where our food was. Found out the driver said we didn't answer but no one was ever at our house and we did see them drive by once but thought it was another order. The woman we spoke to was so kind and helpful, she remade all of the food so it was hot and fresh and delivered it herself. Food was perfect and that's what I call customer service.. thank you for making our dinner a success after all!!
The flavor was excellent, but the portion size I received was a bit pricey.
