What Sarge Mac likes about Carl's Jr.:
I highly recommend this restaurant, as soon as we walked in Mrs. Stephanie made us feel right at home. I came in with several homeless men and she treated us all with the utmost respect. The store was spotless and the service was fast and friendly, and the food was cooked to perfection and was delicious. What Maria Castillo doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
Worst customer service ever. Missing an item called in to let them know not a Im sorry about that. Was told I wasn’t charged for it. Still upset and was told the person probably didn’t hear me when she clearly asked me if I wanted the sandwich only or combo. Won’t be back for sure. Customer service matters if they would have simply said I’m so sorry let me see what happened. View all feedback.
