This KFC delivers wildly inconsistent experiences: some guests praise a juicy roasted chicken and a fresh chicken sandwich, while others report soggy batter, undercooked biscuits, greasy strips and long drive‑through waits caused by fryer failures. Service ranges from fast and polite to brusque and poorly managed, with busy evenings worsening quality and availability. Classic sides and bucket deals appear at times, but unpredictable cooking, meat-cut shortages and staff issues make visits hit-or-miss.

Fried chicken is supposed to be crunchy. I ordered a 16pc bucket meal. The outside of the chicken had the same consistency as the mash potatoes. I lost my appetite about halfway through my meal. My 2 other guests felt the same way. The biscuits that came with the meal were half cooked. I showed up today to express my unsatisfied experience and was told that it was a busy time of the day and it could happen but because I did not call and complain that night that there was nothing they could do. So I guess in this day of fastfood workers getting paid more than minimum wage and giving lackluster service and me having to pay way more than before is just going to be business as usual. My suggestion is to avoid going at 5pm because the food will suck and their attitude is well it just happens. Mr. Sanders would be rolling over in his grave. The meat of the chicken was more crunchy than the not so fried batter.
Worst experience ever. The manager has Zero people skills and treats both customers and employees worse than most people would treat their worst enemy. The woman shouldn’t be dealing with people in any manner. Shame on you KFC for having someone like this run your business. But, rested assured, customers will stop coming if this is the treatment they have to look forward to. Shame on you.
Had switched to Popeyes because of the spicy chicken covering, but lately the biscuits have been extremely disappointing and important part of the meal. Flat, no texture, etc. the KFC biscuits are much better, chicken with crunchy coating also very good. Switching back from Popeyes.
Food was great, but prices for bucket of chicken these days are crazy!!!
The staff was very nice and helpful but HOLY COW $48 for 20 piece chicken and 3 sides. I know prices have gone up but this is absolutely ridiculous for CHICKEN!! I wasn't that stupid to pay an outrageous price for chicken.
