We had luck going through lavorgo during the 3 täler gastromic festival. defantis creative cook came with a menu that told the story of the creation of the mustrd railway tunnel, with many surprising elements, but always delicious. do not expect them to take time. We were lucky to be passing through Lavorgo during the "3 valleys Gastromic Festival." Defanti's creative chef came up with a menu that told the story of the creation of the Gottard railway tunnel, with many surprising elements, but always delicious. There is a fantastic small mountain lake nearby, easily accisible by cable car. Highly recommendable.
