We received burnt pizza and nearly empty pasta bowls. When we called, they said they would prepare new dishes and just needed us to return the ones we had. We agreed to that. However, it took an hour for the new order to arrive, and they sent the same pasta and another burnt pizza. We usually order homestyle pizza but wanted to try something new this time. We just got our pizza and it was cold, burnt and very dried!
They purposely hung up on me after advising them they messed up my order. Spent almost 40 dolla...
The service is friendly and courteous, the place is very clean, and the workers are excellent.
The phone system is either terrible or they're intentionally hanging up on me.
