Pappy's Cafe Tavern - Andover

What User likes about Pappy's Cafe Tavern:
The atmosphere feels like a warm and inviting city café. The food is fantastic, and the portions are quite large. The dry-rubbed jumbo wings were unbelievably flavorful—I'll definitely be coming back for those! The steak in my steak sandwich was exceptionally tender and served on thick, toasted Texas bread. What Megan L doesn't like about Pappy's Cafe Tavern:
It just was not up to my cleanliness standards. There was a black object floating in my water glass so I asked for a new water. Half-way through the meal, I noticed my new glass had someone else’s lipstick staining the rim. The pancake plate had leftover food residue from a previous meal. There was also a lot of dust hanging from the ceiling near the air vents. The food and service were fine. View all feedback.
